Plus, our leases are all month-to-month, so you don't have to worry about any long term commitment. To top it off, with plan approval, we will permit some modifications to your rented space.
Often tenants will customize their space to fit their individual needs by adding restrooms, hanging signs, painting walls, moving in operational equipment, or changing the office area to meet the needs of their unique business. This is allowed providing we have pre-approved these renovations. The tenant will be responsible for their own utilities.
